DG Menu provides a digital menu platform for restaurants including: - QR Code digital menu display. - Custom themes and color options. - Analytics and usage statistics. - AI-based recommendations based on analytics. - AI data entry from menu images or PDF files. - Order management via dashboard and optional Telegram integration. The platform does not participate in the sales or payment process between restaurant and customer.

Restaurants are solely responsible for all content uploaded including: - Prices. - Images. - Product descriptions. DG Menu is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from such content.

DG Menu provides AI-powered tools including: - Automatic menu item extraction from images or PDF files. - Data-driven recommendations. AI-generated results may contain errors. Users are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated data before publishing.

When customers open a menu, the platform may collect technical data including: - IP address. - Device and browser information. - General usage data. Google Analytics may be used for analytics purposes. This data is collected to improve service performance and user experience.

It is strictly prohibited to: - Attempt to hack the platform. - Access or extract unauthorized data. - Attempt to breach accounts or databases. Any such attempt may result in legal action under Egyptian law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DG Menu is not responsible for: - Temporary service interruptions. - Data loss due to circumstances beyond control. - Indirect or consequential damages.

DG Menu reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
